Possibly the largest free road sign test on the internet! With so many different road signs to learn for your DVSA theory test then this is probably the best place to start.

No registration or log-in required, just practise and pass it! Just like the real test, you must get at least 43 out of 50 correct. Road sign test.




Triangular, circular and rectangles. There are so many different road signs.

Red triangles warn.
Red circles tell you what you must not do.
Rectangles inform.
Blue circles: generally give a mandatory instruction. For example turn right.
Blue rectangles: information signs except on motorways where blue is used for direction signs.
Green rectangles: direction signs on primary routes
White rectangles: direction signs on non-primary routes, or for plates used in combination with warning and regulatory signs

Exceptions to the shape and colour rules are 'Stop' and 'give way' signs.
